In this role, you will a broad level of experience from integrated marketing through to experiential and event management. You’ll be comfortable dealing with some of Ireland’s best known brands and happy to maintain relationships at inter-agency level (PR, Media etc).
Your day-to-day responsibilities
We’re looking for somebody who enjoys the detail; somebody who likes to be well prepared and has planned for the eventualities. We’re talking to our clients every day so it’s important that you’ll be enthusiastic and enjoy forging strong working relationships with clients.
What else is important in the role?
Supplier Management: Proven experience of briefing and managing creative teams, production partners, venues and 3rd party suppliers
Ability to work effectively across a large number of client projects, managing & guiding Account Executives and Interns within the team
Daily liaison with you your clients ensuring requests & briefs are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
Reporting: Preparing and issuing relevant paperwork required to monitor the progress of work; such as status reports, contact reports and project plans
A good understanding of the creative process and the ability to brief the creative team in the agency
Crafting proposals and confidently presenting both internally and to clients
Producing evaluation reports for each major piece of work, presenting to the client on completion of each activity
Forging excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, always keeping your manager updated and briefed on progress
Candidate requirements
A third level qualification in marketing, advertising or event management
A minimum of 3 - 4 year’s agency (Integrated or Event Management) experience or relevant client side experience (Marketing or Internal Communications)
Full clean drivers licence and own car
